• Most orders are dispatched within 30–60 minutes during operating hours.
• Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be scheduled for the next delivery window.

1 Hour Delivery Cut-Off( FOR Dubai , Ajman , Sharjah): Orders placed before 11:30 PM UAE time are usually eligible for 1 HOUR delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off may be delivered in the next Day.
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain & Fujairah
Estimated Delivery Time: Within 12 Hours
Delivery Fee: AED 30
Free Delivery: Orders above AED 450
Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off( FOR Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK , UAQ): Orders placed before 3:00 PM UAE time are usually eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off may be delivered in the next available delivery window depending on courier availability.
Order Tracking & Communication
• Customers may receive confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Our delivery team may contact you before arrival to confirm the delivery location.
• Please ensure your phone number and address are correct when placing the order.
If a courier is unable to reach you or deliver the order due to incorrect address information, the order may be rescheduled. Additional delivery charges may apply in certain cases.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if all of the following conditions are met:
• The item is unused, Unopend and in its original packaging.
• The product is not damaged due to customer misuse.
• The item is returned with all included accessories or packaging.
Due to hygiene and product safety regulations, certain products cannot be returned once opened, including:
• Opened heatsticks or consumable tobacco products
• Products with broken seals
• Items damaged after delivery
• Clearance or discounted items
1. Return & Inspection
Returned items are received and inspected by our team to verify eligibility.
2. Approval Notification
You will be notified whether the refund has been approved or rejected after inspection.
3. Refund Issued
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Orders can be cancelled before the order has been dispatched.
• Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
