Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
• Most orders are dispatched within 30–60 minutes during operating hours.
• Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be scheduled for the next delivery window.

Delivery Coverage & Timeframes

Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM UAE time are usually eligible for same-day delivery in most service areas.
Orders placed after the cut-off time may be delivered the following morning depending on courier availability.

Order Tracking & Communication

• Customers may receive confirmation via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Our delivery team may contact you before arrival to confirm the delivery location.
• Please ensure your phone number and address are correct when placing the order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you or deliver the order due to incorrect address information,
the order may be rescheduled for delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply in certain cases.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
